Return Policy
At Claire & Bloom, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, if you wish to return a product, please read our return policy carefully below.

Conditions for Returns

  • You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.

  • Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all labels and tags still attached.

  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not.

  • Returning items intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of keeping only one is not permitted.

Return Process

  1. Register your return via info@claireandbloom.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item.

  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

  3. Send the item back at your own expense, including any applicable customs or shipping costs.

  4. We always recommend using a shipping method that includes track & trace.

Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and approved in its original condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking indicates that the parcel has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect address was provided, this remains the customer’s responsibility.

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
